TO ORGANIZE AND EXECUTE AN ANNUAL FISHING TOURNAMENT. ENTRY FEES ARE CHARGED AND PRIZES ARE AWARDED. AFTER ALL PRIZES AND EXPENSES ARE PAID, THE PROCEEDS ARE DISTRIBUTED TO A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION.
