ESTABLISH AND OPERATE A MONTHLY "BULK FOOD" DISTRIBUTION CENTER - THE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE RESIDENTS OF CRAWFORD COUNTY, IOWA A BULK FOOD DISTRIBUTION CENTER WORKING IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE SIOUXLAND REGIONAL FOOD BANK. THE COUNTY'S POPULATION HAS 25% OF THE RESIDENT'S WHOSE INCOME IS AT OR BELOW THE LEVEL TO QUALIFY FOR FOOD STAMPS
