THEREFORE, TO BREAK THE CYCLE OF MASS INCARCERATION AND ADDRESS LONG-TERM IMPACTS ON YOUNG PEOPLE OF COLOR, CM3 WORKS TO BUILD COMMUNITY CAPACITY BY RECRUITING, TRAINING, CREDENTIALING, AND SUPPORTING CREDIBLE MESSENGERS TO LEAD THE MOVEMENT FOR JUSTICE TRANSFORMATION.
