CARE'S MISSION IS TO EDUCATE INDIVIDUALS, WITH A FOCUS ON YOUNG ADULTS, ON RESPONSIBLE USE OF CREDIT AND THE FUNDAMENTALS OF FINANCIAL LITERACY, AS WELL AS THE POTENTIAL CONSEQUENCES OF POOR MONEY MANAGEMENT AND CREDIT ABUSE.
