Mission Statement

CRISIS LINE PROVIDES A 24 HOURS PER DAY, 7 DAYS PER WEEK COMPREHENSIVE HOTLINE FOR THE WILL AND GRUNDY COUNTY SERVICE AREAS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES: INFORMATION AND REFERRAL, TELEPHONE COUNSELING, SUICIDE PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION, AND REASSURANCE CALLS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO ADDRESSES CALLS FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, CHILD ABUSE, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, AND FOOD ASSISTANCE.
