Mission Statement

The Cristo Rey High School of Albuquerque was scheduled to open in the Fall of 2016. However, the opening of the school was dependent on receiving authorization to do so from the Cristo Rey Network's board of directors, located in Chicago, Illinois. In January 2015, after reviewing the Cristo Rey High School of Albuquerque's submitted feasibility report, the Cristo Rey Network board informed the Cristo Rey High School of Albuquerque board members that such approval will not be granted. As such, the Cristo Rey High School of Albuquerque board members wound down and then dissolved the organization during fiscal year 2017.
