Mission Statement

The CISC is a continually growing and evolving organization of electric, gas, oil, transportation, and water asset owners and business organizations who work together to ensure supply chain activities and supplier networks are protected from cyber and other business impactful risks. Our mission, through the strength of our growing alliance and extended network, is to provide the information and tools necessary to enhance and strengthen cyber security and reduce operational risk in the global business environment. We are a coordinating council that connects people, institutions and companies that have shown a commitment to our mission, and we position them for even greater success. Specifically, we maintain a network of the country's leading talent, tools, information, and corporate partners which can be utilized for smarter procurement decisions and event response.
