THE AGENCY'S GOAL IS TO EFFECTIVELY AND EFFCIENTLY MERGE CHILD WELFARE SERVICES WITH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TREATMENT BY PROVIDING N ARRAY OF TREATMENT OPTIONS TO MEET THE COMMUNITY NEEDS. THE AGENCY STRIVES TO SET INDUSTRY STANDARDS OF QUALITY AND SERVICE INT THE TREATMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES THAT SPECIALIZE IN ADOLESCENT PREGNANCY, PARENTING AND PREVENTION, FAMILY ADVOCACY, AND COMMUNITY SERVICES THAT HELP FAMILIES ACHEIVE HEALTH, HAPPINESS, AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
