THE PURPOSE OF CURLAK IS TO BUILD A COMMUNITY IN THE STATE OF ALASKA THROUGH SPORT. HEADED BY TWO-TIME OLYMPIAN JESSICA SCHULTZ, CURLAK WILL FOCUS ON OUTREACH, BOTH COMMUNITY AND YOUTH: THROUGH AN ALL-INCLUSIVE SPORT THAT INSPIRES DEVELOPMENT AT ALL STAGES IN LIFE. CURLAK WILL FOCUS EMPLASIS ON: GROWING THE SPORT THROUGH THE STATE OF ALASKA; YOUTH EDUCATION, AND ADDRESSING NEEDS TO HLP INSPIRE TROUPLED TEENS; AND PROMOTE A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE TO THOSE WHO MAY OTHERWISE ELECT TO STAY INDOOORS THOUGHOUT THE COLD WINTER MONTHS.
