The mission of the Cville Immigrant Bond Fund (CIBF) is to assist local families with loved ones in immigration proceedings or ICE detention. We will provide grants to cover legal expenses as well as immigration bond loans. CIBF has a particular focus on unaccompanied minors, children who cross the southern border without their parents and come to live with family members here in the Charlottesville area.
