THE MISSION STATEMENT FOR THE D. SCOTT NOBLE SCHOLARSHIP FUND IS TO HONOR THE MEMORY OF D. SCOTT NOBLE, A RESIDENT OF CAPE ANN, A WIDELY KNOWN AND RESPECTED LOCAL ELECTRICIAN, AND ESTABLISH A SCHOLARSHIP FUND IN HIS NAME.
