Mission Statement

Dakota Mainstem Rural Water System, Inc. was incorporated on May 22, 2023under the laws of the State of South Dakota to establish a regional water system to provide wholesale water service to existing and future sellers of potable water at retail, including but not limited to rural water systems, municipalities, small utilities, and Indian Tribes and tribal entities.
