TO PROVIDE STUDENT ATHLETES WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN AND DEVELOP THEIR SWIMMING ABILITIES. IN ADDITION, TO PROVIDE SPORTING COMPETITION TO STUDENTS.
