Mission Statement

THE FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AND THE MANAGEMENT OF ASSETS RECEIVED FOR THE BENEFIT OF DARLINGTON SCHOOL, INC., ITS STUDENTS, FACULTY AND STAFF.
