Mission Statement

Decisions Choices and Options (DCO) provides age-appropriate primary prevention optimal health Sexual Risk Avoidance (SRA) education programs to youth ages 11-19 primarily through SRA certified instructors delivering in-person classroom instruction to middle and high schools students in Tennessee and Alabama. All DCO programs encourage and equip youth to choose to avoid risky adolescent behaviors regarding relationships and online activities, including social media and delaying sexual activity until marriage. DCO also engages community organizations that surround teens, teaching and equipping parents/guardians, teachers, and community leaders what they need to know to lead, equip, educate, and protect children regarding sexual integrity.
