The Delaware Multicultural and Civic Organization DEMCO, Inc. is a non- profit organization dedicated to the ideals of providing clients with an experienced staff and team of consultants in the area of elementary and secondary education, adult literacy, social and professional higher education, and continuing education. It is the goal of DEMCO to heighten and promote educational, economic and social stability through the provision of such tutorial services, academic programming, social and economic development.
