DI IS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION AND SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING SOCIAL WELFARE WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(4) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
