Mission Statement

This lateral ditch association was created to qualify for water conservation grants offered by the state to improve water structures and water delivery to members on Denver Road Tap 42. Members of this association have water shares for this lateral and have agreed to assessments determined by water shares to pay for improvements on the ditch. The grants, in combination with member assessments, pay for the materials and installation of ditch improvements. The primary purpose of this association is to provide the opportunity to apply for the grants to help improve water conservation and delivery on Tap 42.
