THE WORKFORCE SYSTEM IN THE CITY IS OVERSEEN BY THE MAYOR'S WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD (MWDB). DESC IS THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND FISCAL AGENT FOR THE MWBD.
