THE DEWITT MEMORIAL ASSOCIATION OWNS, MANAGES, AND OPERATES THE DEWITT MEMORIAL BUILDING,PROVIDING A SPACE DEDICATED TO ALL VETERANS OF ALL WARS AND BRINGING THE COMMUNITY TOGETHER WITH THE PLANNING, IMPLEMENTATION, AND OPERATION OF THE ANNUAL OX ROAST. THE DEWITT OX ROAST, OUR SIGNATURE EVENT SYMBOLIZES WHAT THE DEWITT COMMUNITY IS ALL ABOUT: PEOPLE WORKING TOGETHER TO IMPROVE OUR QUALITY OF LIFE. THE DEWITT MEMORIAL BUILDING IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR USE BY RESIDENTS AND SERVES AS A MEETING PLACE FOR COUNTLESS SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS, FURTHER BRINGING THE COMMUNITY TOGETHER TO UTILIZE THIS HISTORIC SITE.
