THE FOUNDATION SHALL ALSO FURTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA BY PROVIDING ONGOING AND INCREASING FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS.
