DONORS OF COLOR ACTION, INC. DOCA WAS FORMED TO LEVERAGE HIGH NET WORTH DONORS OF COLOR AS A FORCE FOR CREATING SYSTEMIC RACIAL EQUITY. SYSTEMIC CHANGE REQUIRES FLEXIBLE FUNDING TO BUILD POWER IN THE POLITICAL SPACE AND TO ENGAGE IN ADVOCACY WORK THAT CREATES CHANGE FOR AND ACCOUNTABILITY TO COMMUNITIES OF COLOR.
