DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT UNLIMITED IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE A PROGRESSIVE AND DYNAMIC CENTRAL DOWNTOWN AND TO PRESERVE AND EXPAND CENTRAL DOWNTOWN AS A REGIONAL BUSINESS SHOPPING AREA.
