THE SID WORKS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH BUSINESS AND GOVERNMENT TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT PROGRAMS THAT WILL STRENGTHEN THE PHYSICAL AND ECONOMIC VITALITY OF THE DOWNTOWN SECTION.
