DTI ADMINISTERS SEVERAL PROGRAMS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF TOPEKA INCLUDING THE DOWNTOWN BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AND THE DOWNTOWN TOPEKA REDEVELOPMENT INCENTIVE GRANT PROGRAM. DTI WORKS CLOSELY WITH THE DOWNTOWN BUSINESSES AS A LEADING ADVOCATE ON ISSUES THAT AFFECT THEIR ECONOMIC WELL-BEING AND ACTS AS A LIAISON BETWEEN DIVERSE INTEREST GROUPS AND GOVERNMENT.
