THE FOUNDATION WILL ORGANIZE TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, EITHER DIRECTLY OR BY WAY OF CONTRIBUTION TO OTHER CHARITABLE OR 501(C)(3) TAX- EXEMPT ENTITIES, IN FURTHERANCE OF ORTHOPEDIC MEDICINE AND TO THOSE RESIDENTS THAT ENDEAVOR TO ACHIEVE EXCELLENCE IN THIS FIELD.
