The mission of Dress for Success Chattanooga is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. We help women secure meaningful employment with a livable wage. We provide a network of support to help women sustain employment. We improve the financial acumen and economic stability of women and expand awareness of the issues that impact the women we serve.
