The Driving Forward Vision: EVERY COLLEGE STUDENT IN AMERICA should have an equal opportunity to achieve their career objectives and create a better future for themselves and their communities. Our Mission in support of that vision is: TO EMPOWER FIRST-GENERATION & UNDER-RESOURCED COLLEGE STUDENTS to successfully transition from college to a meaningful career through a supportive professional development mentorship and experiential learning community. In 2024 we ran our Flagship Program with 30 college students providing them professional skills development and career development through structured training seminars 1:1 mentorship and team coaching. Hands on experience in a business case competition is also provided with scholarships provided for successful students
