WE WILL BE AN ORGANIZATION CREATING MOVING AND ENGAGING EXPERIENCES FOR OUR AUDIENCES. WE WILL BECOME DEEPLY INTEGRATED INTO THE COMMUNITY AND ASSUME A LEADERSHIP ROLE IN ORDER TO ENGAGE AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE.
