Mission Statement

promote youth soccer, foster and advance the cause of soccer within the territory under the jurisdiction of the Association and to guard the interests of its members. EMSA shall promote sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty and courage through organized athletic competition and educate participants in the rules of sportsmanship and soccer through and according to the NTSSA.
