TO SUPPORT AND PROMOTE SUPERMODIFIED AUTO RACING IN CENTRAL NEW YORK THEREBY STIMULATING THE ECONOMY IN THE REGION THROUGH TOURISM WHICH RESULTS IN INCREASED REVENUE TO THE VARIOUS BUSINESSES THAT SELL PRODUCTS TO RACE FANS, PARTICIPANTS AND RACE TRACK OWNERS.
