THE EAGLES MEMORIAL FOUNDATION WAS FORMED BY THE GRAND AERIE FRATERNAL ORDER OF (SEE SCHED. O) EAGLES TO HONOR MEMBERS WHO GAVE THEIR LIFE IN SERVICE TO THEIR COUNTRY OR EMPLOYER. THE EAGLES MEMORIAL FOUNDATION IS AN AFFILIATE OF THE GRAND AERIE FRATERNAL ORDER OF EAGLES. A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION AS DETERMINED BY THE IRS, THE ORGANIZATION IS PART OF A FRATERNAL ORDER, THE EARNINGS OF WHICH ARE DEVOTED EXCLUSIVELY TO CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.
