EAST COOPER OUTBOARD BENEFICENT GROUP WAS ORGANIZED TO SUPPORT LOCAL CHARITIES AND NON-PROFITS IN THE MOUNT PLEASANT AND CHARLESTON SC AREAS. THE AREAS OF FOCUS ARE EDUCATION, CONSERVATION, AND SUPPORT OF THE NEEDY/HANDICAPPED.
