THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY OUR TEAM OF HIGHLY RELATIONAL AND JOYFUL SERVANTS.ECTLC IS A HAND UP, NOT A HAND OUT. OUR GUIDELINES FOR THOSE WHO ARE READY TO CHANGE ARE FIRM, AND THEY WORK. 80% OF THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO HAVE COMPLETED OUR 1-YEAR PROGRAM REMAIN ADDICTION-FREE AND IN HOUSING.
