TO FUND AND TO PROVIDE SECURITY, CONTINUITY AND CREDIBILITY FOR A PROGRAM OF GRANTING SCHOLARSHIPS FOR EAST HIGH GRADUATES TO ASSIST THEM IN FURTHERING THEIR FORMAL EDUCATION IN ACCREDITED INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING.
