TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE ROWING PROGRAMS FOR ADULT AND YOUTH IN THE EAST TENNESSEE AREA. TO BROADEN THE COMMUNITY'S KNOWLEDGE OF THE SPORT, HEALTH BENEFITS AND PROVIDE ACCESS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SPORT.
