TO ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT COMMUNITY GARDENS IN EASTERN CONNECTICUT IN ORDER TO CREATE HEALTHFUL FOOD CHOICES FOR ALL RESIDENTS AND TO INCREASE FOOD SECURITY IN THE REGION.
