THIS CONSISTS OF BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO ASSISTING BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED PERSONS IN THEIR PURSUIT OF INDEPENDENT LIVING; TO PROVIDE ALL MANNER OF TRAINING, COUNSELING AND SUPPORT WITHIN THE LIMITS OF IT'S RESOURCES; TO ORGANIZE RECREATION PROGRAMS AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC CONCERNING THE NEEDS AND CAPABILITIES OF THE BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED.
