EDUCARE EFFECTIVELY PROVIDES EXEMPLARY TRANSFORMATIONAL EDUCATION AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH AND THOSE WHO SUPPORT THEM. EDUCARE SEEKS TO EMPOWER YOUTH TO BE HEALTHY, WHOLE, SUCCESSFUL AND CONTRIBUTING CITIZENS; AND ADULTS TO BE INSPIRING AND SUPPORTIVE ROLE MODELS.
