TO PROVIDE PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR CULTURALLY DIVERSE COMMUNITY, TO TEACH THE DISCIPLINE THAT THE ARTS DEMAND AND TO PROVIDE COLLABORATIONS WITH PROFESSIONAL ARTISTS IN ORDER TO EXPAND THE COMMUNITY'S CULTURAL BASE.
