Mission Statement

The organizations mission is to revitalize and promote the Eight Mile Boulevard corridor through collaborative efforts that link the private and public sectors on projects that make a tangible and positive impact. In the past fiscal year the organization raised funds to create a one-of-a-kind lighting art installation at a critical intersection along 8 Mile. Grant funds were also secured to conduct a tree canopy study and inventory of existing trees along the corridor. The Board of Directors also met quarterly to discuss relevant issues impacting its members.
