THE CHICAGO PEACE PLAN WAS BORN OUT OF A DESIRE TO BRING POSITIVE, COLLABORATIVE AND SUSTAINABLE CHANGE TO CHICAGO NEIGHBORHOODS IN NEED OF REVITALIZATION.
