ITS PURPOSE IS TO SPONSOR A SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA WHILE PERFORMING PUBLIC CONCERTS IN THE CITY OF EL PASO, TEXAS, AND TO PROVIDE SIGNIFICANT CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL VALUE. THE EL PASO SYMPHONY GUILD (GUILD) IS AN AUXILIARY ACTIVITY OF THE EL PASO SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA ASSOCIATION WHICH PROVIDES THE ASSOCIATION WITH VOLUNTEER AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT THROUGH COMMUNITY FUND RAISING PROJECTS. THE EL PASO SYMPHONY YOUTH ORCHESTRA (EPSYO) WAS STARTED DURING 2006 AS ANOTHER AUXILIARY ACTIVITY OF THE EL PASO SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA ASSOCIATION. THE EPSYO PROVIDES YOUNG MUSICIANS IN THE EL PASO AREA WITH AN ORCHESTRAL EXPERIENCE MARKED BY EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE THROUGH A UNIQUE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE EL PASO SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA.
