The Elizabeth Administrative and Supervisory Council EASC performs a range of services for its members who are school and district administrators in the Elizabeth Public Schools in New Jersey. These services include collective bargaining with the school district to negotiate salaries benefits and working conditions grievance representation and support of members in disciplinary or contractual disputes member communication and engagement including regular updates surveys and meetings and professional development workshops on topics such as pensions benefits and contract literacy affiliation management including payment of dues to NJPSA to ensure members receive statewide representation and legal support and recruitment of new administrators eligible for membership.
