The mission of the Elkhart City Bar Association Scholarship Foundation is to award scholarships to graduates of four local high schools who will be attending college the following fall semester.The mission of the Elkart City Bar is to promote professionalism and integrity in the legal profession, support the administration of justice, provide continuing legal education, and serve the community through access to legal services.
