DURING THE 2017-18 FISCAL PERIOD THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS VOTED TO DISCONTINUE THE SCHOOL, SELL ALL ASSETS AT FAIR MARKET VALUE, AND TRANSFER THE NET PROCEEDS TO THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FOR SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON (A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION), TO ESTABLISH THE EMIL FRIES ENDOWMENT FUND.
