WE WILL CONTINUE AGRESSIVE PLANNING AND RESPONSE PREPARATION, AND WILL STRIVE TO PREVENT THE NEED FOR OUR EMERGENCY SERVICES THROUGH EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY INTERACTION.
