The mission of Enable Sports & Fitness is to provide meaningful athletic and fitness opportunities for youth and young adults who require a range of additional support to assure successful athletic and fitness outcomes. The goal is to provide a place for special needs individuals of all ages to participate in physical fitness and sports activities. Additionally, Enable Sports & Fitness fills a gap that is not offered in the special needs community. Our programs provides a reverse inclusion model bringing the general fitness population into a training environment to assist and enhance the special needs community experience.
