ENCORE COMMUNITY SERVICES IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE CARE AND SUPPORT TO OLDER ADULTS IN THE CLINTON, TIMES SQUARE, AND MIDTOWN COMMUNITIES, AS WELL AS ANY ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS WHO SEEK ASSISTANCE. OUR MISSION IS TO SERVE THOSE WHO ARE VULNERABLE, FRAIL, EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS, HOMEBOUND, OR FACING SOCIAL ISOLATION. WE STRIVE TO MEET THEIR DAILY NEEDS, ENABLING THEM TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY WITH DIGNITY IN A SAFE, NON-INSTITUTIONAL, AND COMPASSIONATE ENVIRONMENT.
