ENERGY OUTREACH COLORADO (EOC) IS AN INDEPENDENT, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT RAISES FUNDS TO HELP INCOME-QUALIFIED COLORADANS AFFORD HOME ENERGY. EOC FUNDS ARE DISTRIBUTED TO VULNERABLE HOUSEHOLDS AND EMERGENCY ASSITANCE AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING ORGANIZATIONS ACROSS COLORADO.
